Youth in Mission Day On Saturday, March 4, from 9:30 am - 4:30 pm, the Potomac Association Social Action and Missions Committee, in partnership with The National Coalition for the Homeless and N Street Village present the First Semi-Annual Youth in Mission Day for high school students (grades 9 - 12). The morning session, which will take place at Shaw Community Ministry, 1718 7th Street, NW, will include Bible study, a multi-media slide show featuring images of America's homeless people, and a panel discussion featuring people who are or have been homeless. After lunch there will be an afternoon of volunteering at N Street Village in downtown DC. The event is free, but registration is limited to 20 students, so participants must pre-register to attend.
