What:

The Potomac Youth have been asked to help AHHFH work towards completing their new mission outside of Pendleton County/Franklin, WV.  Several years ago, they were asked by the national organization of Habitat for Humanity to organize building projects in two other counties-Pocahontas and Greenbrier.  Last summer, we helped build the first house in Pocahontas County, in the city of Durbin.  This year, we have been asked to help create a new Volunteer Center lodge in Greenbrier County to expand their work into the future.  Our work this summer will help build simple, decent homes for folk for many years to come!
